1. The room can only be booked and paid online. Deadline of booking: May 11, 2019.

2. Any questions and Individual requirements about the booking and payments, please
    contact us: email: zgmy_01@163.com. You will be replied as soon as possible.

3. Your payment should be completed within 24 hours after you make an online booking,
    otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

4. A hotel confirmation letter will be sent to your email which is the only proof of your booking
    and payment. Please print it out and show to the front desk when you check in at the hotel.

5. Please collect your room invoice at the hotel front desk during your stay if you need.  

6. No refund is allowed once the payment has been made. However, it’s allowable for someone
   else who can replace you to stay at the hotel with your permission. In that situation, please
    inform first by sending an email to zgmy_01@163.com.
